If you’re looking for a wavy stitch to use to make a blanket, wrap, or crochet scarf then this could be a great option to use.

You can use multiple colors or just one color with this pattern.

Now this stitch pattern does use multiple types of stitches, but it is still very easy to make. It uses the single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet, triple crochet, and double triple crochet stitches. Even though it is a long list of stitches, this stitch pattern is still beginner friendly. If you know how to do a double crochet, you’ll have no issues learning a triple or a double triple.

There is a video tutorial availabe for this pattern on The First The Coffee Crochet YouTube Channel, and it goes over how to do all of the stitches needed. It also shows you how to change the colors in the stitch pattern.

  • Chains at the start of the rows do not count as stitches.
  • Weaving in ends as you go along is recommended if you are doing a pattern with this and alternating colors.
  • Using #4 medium weight yarn and a 5.5mm hook one multiple of this stitch pattern was about 8.5 inches across.
  • Using the back bumps on the foundation chain for Row 1 is recommended for the best look of this stitch pattern.
